Hi Mr. Ben Cheating, I am agreeing that I owe you the money BUT ONLY ON THE CONDITION that you fix the defects in your claim AND provide proper Validation & Verification of your claim that I owe you money. I want to get this matter settled as soon as possible. But to do that, I need to have more clarity on what your presentment is actually saying.

What language are you using, please? What dictionary are you using, please? What system of grammar are you using, please? Please provide a legend so I can comprehend the symbols, etc. on your presentment.

Ben Cheating is hereby noticed that we at all times promise to pay any alleged outstanding amount upon Ben Cheating under his own commercial capacity with clean hands in equity providing full, complete, certain and not misleading disclosure of the following;

A valid contract signed in wet ink by both parties, confirming bilateral consent.
A man/woman can step forward as the claimant.
An invoice/bill signed by that man/woman claimant.
There is evidence of loss and/or property damage for the man/woman claimant.
Provide your Corporations ABN / ACN number.
Since jurisdiction is attached to the artificial legal “person” NAME addressed and not a living man or woman, it is essential to correct the mistake in the matter of the NAME.
Prove alleged offence from the Act you are reliant on, is a Rule of Law and not a Non Royal Assented Act statute.
Provide material evidence that the stated offence is true and accurate against I, Bradley-James, a man, and not the CESTUI QUE VIE PERSON, First Middle SURNAME.
Provide evidence that STATE REVENUE CORPORATION and NSW POLICE FORCE CORPORATION are an Unincorporated Commonwealth Public Service and its Employees have Royal/Crown Grant of Authority as Commonwealth Public Officers as per the Commonwealth Constitution of Australia 1901.

Misrepresenting a living man or woman as a fictional “person” causing unwitting “joinder” is the crime of “personage”, and it is perpetuated by “barratry”, the crime of bringing false claims.

Under the Common Law Jurisdiction (Law of the Land), both parties must enter into every contract knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally, or the contract is unenforceable and void.

FAILURE to DIFFERENTIATE between a STATUTE and Law

is GROSS NEGLIGENCE which is equivalent to FRAUD

As a result, you have “faulted” and I am giving you the chance to cure (make things right) by doing all I requested in my Conditional Acceptance of Claim letter. I am giving you an additional ten days to respond or I will find you in default

Default in Dishonour and Estoppel

Regarding your Invoice Ref: 1234567 dated 5th March 2017 and your non reply of my Conditional Acceptance of Claim dated: 25th March 2017 and my Fault and Opportunity to Cure dated: 05th April 2017.

Hi Mr. Ben Cheating, as you can see by my two previous letters, I have done all I can to settle this debt. However, by your non-response, you have established a contract with me that says, ‘I owe you nothing’, per the Terms & Conditions I spelled out in my Conditional Acceptance of Claim letter. Also, Mr. Ben Cheating, per the Terms & Conditions of my first letter, please find an enclosed Invoice that you also agreed to pay.

Within 10 business days, please pay the invoice at the address on the Invoice and set my account balance to zero. If have not received your payment within 10 days, I will pursue this matter in court.

This Invoice is to be settled in full within ten business days (10) days from the date of received date as evidenced by the recorded delivery of this invoice.

Terms & Conditions: You did NOT mail me a corrected presentment, you have agreed that I owe you NOTHING. You have agreed to the Fee Schedule Terms & Conditions that was provided with the Conditional Acceptance of Claim previously sent.

1. Transgressions by peace officers, government principals or agents or justice system participants is TWO THOUSAND AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS PER HOUR.

2. Being questioned, interrogated or in any way detained, harassed or otherwise regulated is TEN THOUSAND AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS PER HOUR

3. I am handcuffed, transported, incarcerated or subjected to any adjudication process without my express written and Notarized consent is FIVE THOUSAND AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS PER HOUR.

4. Furthermore, I claim the right to use a Court of Law / Notary to secure payment of the aforementioned FEE SCHEDULE against any transgressors who by their actions or omissions harm or damage me or my interests, directly or by proxy in any way is FIVE THOUSAND AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS.

5. Furthermore, I am the Naked owner through Usufruct to the Legal Name. Therefore I do not Lawfully own them, but I Lawfully have the right to use them. Refer to attached Notice of Copyright and accompanied Schedule Fee. Unauthorized use of copyright is Ten Million Dollars Australian (AU$10,000,000.00).
